TRANSITIONAL PHASES OF THE ELEMENTS
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the transitional phases of the elements refer to the interrelationships between the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements are believed to be the fundamental energies that govern the functioning of the human body and the natural world.
These transitional phases create a cyclical and interconnected relationship between the five elements, reflecting the dynamic balance and interdependence of the elements within the body and nature.
Bodies are information systems with agency. Shiatsu is a grounding and deeply relaxing practice. Depending on what your body needs in that moment, Shiatsu can be relaxing, calming, strengthening or activating. Inner blockages may be released and self healing properties activated. The treatment works on deeper levels of consciousness and supports the body's self-healing properties. A session can reduce stress and pain or activate creative transformational impulses.
Shiatsu is based on ideas of traditional Chinese medicine. With palms and thumbs, the practitioner gives weight to parts of the body along meridians, which are energy channels running through the body. By this means, life-energy, the ki[shi], is meant to come back into its natural state.

The answers you seek are within your system. A coaching session is an invitation to take a walk through the inner and outer dimensions of your system. By means of systemic constellations you may look at challenging situations in your life from an outside perspective, which allows you to gain clarity, shift a perspective or limiting belief and discover resources you can continue to build on. We acknowledge the fluidity of personal qualities by working with the transitional phases of the elements originating in traditional chinese medicine.
