Systemic organisational development and self-organisation as a means to cultural transformation offers many opportunities to integrate my learnings from Shiatsu into my work. My intention is to empower people to become agents for their own transformation. The tool-set they become equipped with when working with me is rooted especially in systems theory, holacracy, and non-violent communication.
I am part of the transformation coaches network like a zebra and a co-diver at TheDive where I am accompanying teams in businesses, universities, and other not-for-profit organisations on their pursuit to evolve their ways of working together towards a sustainable, regenerative future.
