MAYU is an immersive space, a process to clarity and connection, a movement through inner and outer dimensions, an emphasis on softness, a dialogue on needs as a path towards new perspective and habits, a celebration of the yin, a reminder that we are one with nature, a state of interbeing, an invitation to healing, an expression of feminine qualities.
I offer one-on-one sessions for individuals in the form of Shiatsu and coaching. For groups and teams, I facilitate transformation processes, specifically through dialogues, workshops, and systemic constellation seminars.
My experience with systems theory, self-organisation, and non-violent communication frames the methods that I use as practitioner, coach, and organisational development consultant.
Philosophically my work is deeply inspired by nature. What if plant intelligence and the transitional phases of elements offered standards for our being, growth, maturity, and regeneration processes?
